Jensen Drive

The farthest we ever got from home when we were teen-agers was Jensen Drive. Anybody remember the "hot" spots there?
We remember "Princes Drive Inn" Loved their onion rings!! Anyone else remember anything else. Phil & Pam

I loved Princess Drive Inn and Lonnie & I used to always order the fish basket and those giant onion rings too!!! How about the Granada Theater??? That was a hot spot too! Dad got me a horse for Christmas when I was about 15, we tied it to a tree in our backyard Christmas eve after I had rode her all day....next morning NO HORSE! We found her in February (she was skin & bones). The people said they found her running across Jensen Dr. at Tidwell, took her home and had gone out of town, not feeding her for 2 months. I was so happy to get her back, but it took us awhile to fatten her back up!!! FUN MEMORIES!!! MJ

Well, I already saw all the Jensen drive posts on SDI ... can't top any of those. Lots, lots of comments and memories. Go there to read about every business from A-Z !

My favorite meal at Princess was a steak sandwich with tarter sauce (lots). Helen Steel and I often split one with onion rings.
